We will refund your purchase, full or partial, at our discretion in the following circumstances:

1. The Package and/or the contents were damaged during shipping
2. Coffee was unpalatable for specific reasons:
  1. Mouth feel
  2. Cup quality
  3. Roast profile
  4. Certain notes that may be found in specific roasts of other coffees you have had from the same growing regions, etc.

We will require that you return any unused portion, complete with a note detailing the reason/request for a refund. After our sampling of the coffee’s taste, condition of the packaging, or any other circumstances, we may, at our discretion, return all or a portion of your purchase.
